In true 4-H fashion, we will offer hands-on projects designed to teach new skills under the guiding principle of “learn by doing”.

******Registration for summer programs will begin April 1st, 2019. Must register in person at the Onslow County Extension to reserve you child’s spot with payment.

Overnight Camp – Eastern 4-H Center

August 4 – 9

On August 4 – 9, Onslow County will attend overnight camp at the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia. This camp is in a beautiful coastal setting on the Albemarle Sound in northeastern North Carolina. Activities include kayaking, swimming, rock climbing, canoeing, archery and all the other fun stuff that goes with summer overnight camping! Youth not only experience camp but also experience culture from the different counties with which they camp. In addition, campers establish relationships that last a lifetime. Join in on the fun and let’s go camping. The cost is $420 for 4-Hers and $480 for non-4-Hers. A $50 deposit is due by April 1 and we can set up a payment plan. This would be a great way to use some of your clover cash!
