How to Enroll

4HOnline is a web-based system used to enroll youth members in the North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program. 4HOnline is designed so that each family has an online family profile and every youth has an individual profile under their family profile.

  • All youth participating in N.C. 4-H Programs need to have an individual youth profile in 4HOnline.
  • Follow the steps given on each page (anything in bold or with a red asterisk is required).
  • Here are instructions that will walk you through the general enrollment steps.
  • For assistance or questions about the 4-H Online process, please call the 4-H Agent at 910-455-5873.

Volunteers are the keys to our success in the North Carolina 4-H program! Whether you’re interested in becoming a club leader, or just have a few hours to invest, we’ve got challenging and fun opportunities for adults and teens who want to make a difference.

Please check out the N.C. 4-H Volunteer Guide. This guide will share more information about the volunteer opportunities available to you. Onslow County is currently seeking Traditional and SPIN Club Leaders as well as guest speakers for 4-H events.

Being a 4-H leader does require a background check through NC State University and some training. If interested, please reach out to the Onslow County 4-H Agent, Dawn Stallings.

We know 4-H holds a special place in the hearts of Alumni! If you are a 4-H alumni that would like to participate in Onslow County events please reach out to us. Alumni make excellent guest speakers, Advisory Council Members, and Judges for project records and competitions.

If you are interested in becoming a 4-H Volunteer or would like to participate as a 4-H Alumni, please contact our 4-H Agent, Dawn Stallings, at 910-455-5873.
