Onslow Fermentation Class

The Fermentation class held on November 17th, spearheaded by the talented Family & Consumer Sciences Agents, Jessica Gardener and Sarah Ware, was nothing short of a resounding success! A total of 16 enthusiastic participants joined in the culinary adventure, making it an engaging and memorable experience for all involved.

Under the expert guidance of Jessica and Sarah, attendees not only gained valuable insights into the art and science of fermentation in a classroom setting but also had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and actively participate in the process.
