Join us for PhytoFocus, a three-part nutrition workshop series at Onslow Cooperative Extension, where we’ll break down:
✔️ What phytochemicals are
✔️ Where they’re found in everyday foods
✔️ How to cook with them
✔️ How your body uses them to support long-term health
Each class includes a food demonstration, hands-on learning, and practical take-home resources you can use right away.
