Join us for several Hofmann Open Water Laboratory (HOWL) events in Onslow! Be part of Citizen Science. Explore local streams and river critters. Have fun!! See HOWL Flyer Summer 2018 for dates and locations. All times are from 1:00-4:00 pm.

Sunday June 10:  HOWL will be held at Cow Horn Landing, Richlands.

Events are free; however, pre-registration is required. Call (910) 455-5873 to register for any or all of the HOWL events. The events are open to the public, ages 8 – adult. This is a parent and child activity, not a “drop-off” event. Bring water shoes or boots, a towel, water, and snack items.

Event Locations:  Queens Creek (at Queens Creek Rd. bridge, Swansboro), Turkey Point (at boat ramp at end of Turkey Point Rd., Sneads Ferry), and Cow Horn Landing (at boat put-in on Cow Horn Rd., Richlands)
