Wooly Frogs Mouth Alert!

Wooly Frogs MouthNCDA&CS has identified Wooly Frogs Mouth in a Pender County pond.  This is the first identification of this aquatic plant in the US.  A weed risk assessment was completed by the Plant Protection and Quarantine group associated with USDA-APHIS.
